Administration employee (20%)
To support our team, we are looking for a administration employee for the longer term, preferably for two half days per week, with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Job profile
Your duties will include administrative tasks, mainly:
- Telephone calls and all other possible types of customer correspondence
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable and possibly payroll accounting
- Drawing up contracts
- Maintaining the electronic client database and filing system
- General support of the team colleagues in the day-to-day business
Job Requirements
- commercial apprenticeship or a BA degree in business administration from a university or college
- a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- fluent Swiss German and a good command of spoken and written High German
- very good knowledge of English and preferably good knowledge of French
- good IT skills for office applications (Office, e-mail, etc.)
- motivated and hard-working
- ability and willingness to work independently, responsibly, reliably and precisely

Junior Linux System Administrator
We are looking for a young and talented Linux System Administrator to join our ranks.
Job Description
As a Linux System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Linux infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and optimizing systems, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to end-users. You will work closely with our customers to ensure smooth system operation and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Linux systems, including servers, desktops, and laptops.
- Manage and maintain system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to customers
- Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth system operation and optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline system management processes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Linux distributions and technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours system support.
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or higher.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and management.
- Experience with popular distributions such as Debian, Ubuntu, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Familiarity with system security best practices and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MariaDB/MySQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
